Here’s how it works: pick a feature, live, planned, or pitched. Pull 1–3 cards at random. Answer honestly. If you start rationalizing, that’s the red flag. Fail two cards, and the feature deserves a serious “why are we doing this?” Fail three or more, and you’ve found a roadmap distraction. Kill it. Burn it. Never speak of it again.
